TabVault stores your sessions entirely inside Chrome's local storage on your own device. No data is ever transmitted to any server. The developer has zero access to your sessions, tabs, or browsing activity.

1. Overview

TabVault is a Chrome extension that saves, searches and restores browser sessions locally. This Privacy Policy explains what the extension accesses, how that information is used, and confirms that no personal data is ever collected or transmitted off your device.

By installing TabVault you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

TabVault does not collect, transmit, store on any server, or share any of the following:

Personally identifiable information (name, email, address, phone)
Browsing history sent to any external server
Authentication or login credentials
Financial or payment information
Health information of any kind
Location data
Usage analytics, telemetry or crash reports
Personal communications or page content

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide its core features, TabVault writes the following data locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage APIs. This data is never transmitted anywhere.

The developer has no mechanism to access, read or retrieve any of this data. It exists solely on your machine.

4. Permissions Explained

TabVault requests only the permissions strictly necessary for its features.

TabVault uses no third-party analytics, advertising networks, cloud storage providers, crash-reporting services or any other external service. Zero data is shared with any third party under any circumstances.

6. Children's Privacy

TabVault does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The extension requires no account, no sign-up, and transmits no data — making it safe for users of all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the extension after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
